Keyword Target
Target a campaign to keywords passed using a keyword enabled ad code. This targeting option is useful for search engines that want to target advertising based on search words.
Example:
Maybe you want to target car buyers. So you would want to target on keywords like "car","auto","Mazda" etc.
When the keyword "car", "car buyers", or "mazda", etc are passed to adcycle via the keyword enabled ad code, a campaign will have the opportunity to appear. Otherwise it will be blocked. Keywords are case insensitive.
IP Target
Will target a campaign to the IP slice(s) entered. All other IP's will be blocked.
If your enter;
198. = then all IPs starting with 198. will be targeted
212.164.22 = then all IPs starting with 212.164.22 will be targeted
IP Block
Will block a campaign from the IP slice(s) entered. All other IP's will be accepted.
If your enter;
198. = then all IPs starting with 198. will be blocked
212.164.22 = then all IPs starting with 212.164.22 will be blocked
Page Target
Will target a campaign to the URL slice(s) entered. All other URLs will be blocked.
If your enter;
fun.com/help.html = then all URLs containing "fun.com/help.html" will be targeted
travel.htm = then all URLs containing "travel.htm" will be targeted
.org = then all URLs containing ".org" will be targeted
Page Block
Will block a campaign from the URL slice(s) entered. All other URLs will be blocked.
If your enter;
fun.com/help.html = then all URLs containing "fun.com/help.html" will be blocked
travel.htm = then all URLs containing "travel.htm" will be blocked
.org = then all URLs containing ".org" will be blocked
